The Inverclyde Primary Care Mental Health Team is available for individuals who live and are registered with a GP in Inverclyde and aged 18 years or over. Inverclyde PCMHT is a short-term psychological therapy service. We support adults who are age 18 and over to understand and manage common mental health problems, such as depression, panic attacks, anxiety and stress. We deliver proven and effective ways to help you self-manage symptoms and deal with feelings that are impacting on your life.
