Consultation on Proposed Sale of Land to the Rear of 106 Arran Avenue, Port Glasgow

The Inverclyde Council proposes sell land to the rear of the Park Farm Post Office, 106 Arran, Avenue, Port Glasgow, PA14 6BA. As this is land forming part of an open space, notice is being publised in a local paper in terms of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1959 S.27 (2A) (as amended).

Any person may object to the proposal either by email to property@inverclyde.gov.uk or in writing to the Interim Head of Legal and Democratic Services, Inverclyde Council, Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square, GREENOCK, PA15 1LX. Any objections or representations received, together with the details of the party or parties making such representations or comments, will appear in a publically available report to the Council’s Environment and Regeneration Committee
Objections should be made by no later than 5pm on 28 January 2022 and should state the grounds on which they are made.
