What is Paperless Billing?
Paperless Billing is a free service that lets you receive and view your Council Tax bills electronically instead of through the post. When a new bill is available, you will receive an email notification with a secure link to access, view and download your bill instantly.
How to sign up for Paperless Billing
To register, simply complete the Paperless Billing form linked in the ‘Related links’ section of this webpage.
Once you’re signed up, you will receive an email each time a new Council Tax notice is issued. Just click the link in the email and enter your postcode to securely view or download your bill.
If you need a copy of prior Council tax notices, please get in touch by emailing council.tax@inverclyde.gov.uk and we will arrange it for you.

By signing up for Paperless Billing, you agree to:
- Notify the Council of any change to your email address
- Receive all future Council Tax bills electronically at the email address you provide
