Gain healthy eating tips, mental health and well-being advice, cancer prevention and much more.

 

Take the opportunity to try out a wide variety of holistic and conventional health improvement approaches such as aromatherapy, massage, relaxation tips and techniques to help you relax from the strains of life.

 

Learn more about to what’s happening in your local theatre over the winter months, the local classes running in our sports, clubs and walking groups to help you keep healthy through the winter months.

 

Try out our FREE introductory Zumba sessions (limited places so get there early) to get fun out of losing the calories.
