Conditions of Service
The Conditions of Service Summary and Full Conditions of Service for Local Government Employees are available for download on this page. These documents give details of holiday entitlements, pension contribution rates, and other benefits such as occupational maternity & adoption benefits, occupational sickness provisions and salary progression information.
Conditions of Service for Teachers are available on the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers (SNCT) website (link is available on this page). Teachers Conditions of Service are agreed nationally via the SNCT.
Inverclyde Council's Positive Conversations are about managers and their employee(s) having regular, focused discussions on work related goals, feedback, development opportunities and support on both an individual and team level.
