The Real Living Wage

If you want to showcase your company as a good for business, good for workers organisation, then please sign up for Real Living Wage Accreditation. Some of the benefits are:

savings on retention, recruitment and training new staff

At present there are 35 accredited RLW Inverclyde employers and we want to help raise that figure, as part of the campaign for Glasgow City Region (GCR) to become a RLW Place.

Where employers pay all directly employed staff aged 18 and over the Scottish RLW, currently £12.60 ph (with exception of Apprentices) then they are likely able to join the growing number of Scottish employers who have become RLW accredited.

The application process is relatively straight forward, but there is support available throughout.
