Inverclyde Antisocial Behaviour Strategy

The Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 (The Act) places a duty on each local authority and Chief Constable to jointly prepare, publish, review and revise a strategy to tackle Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) in the authority’s area.

The current strategy for Inverclyde was approved in 2025.

This strategy was approved by the Inverclyde Education and Communities Committee has been endorsed by the Inverclyde Alliance Board and the Inverclyde Community Safety Partnership, highlighting the breadth of partners in Inverclyde who respond to antisocial behaviour in Inverclyde.
