Management Rules for Public Parks
Inverclyde Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 112 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 and, following a period of public consultation, have introduced Management Rules for public parks within Inverclyde. These rules came into force in October 2014.
These rules will regulate (a) the use of; and (b) the conduct of persons while in a public park within Inverclyde.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION - PROPOSED MANAGEMENT RULES FOR PARKS 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Inverclyde Council intend to make Management Rules in terms of Section 112 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 to regulate (a) the use of; and (b) the conduct of persons within Parks in Inverclyde which shall come into force from October 2024.
Copies of the proposed Management Rules for Parks are available for inspection without payment during normal office hours Mon- Fri at The Inverclyde Council, Customer Service Centre, Municipal Buildings, Clyde Sq, Greenock, PA15 1LX. Any person may notify any objections to the proposed Management Rules together with the ground of such objections for consideration by the Council in writing to: the Interim Head of Legal and Democratic Services, The Inverclyde Council, Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square, GREENOCK, PA15 1LX by no later than 15 May 2024.
