Inverclyde Advice First is a telephone triage providing advice and scheduling face to face appointments with Advice Workers. The service can deal with the following:

  • Advice on sanctions/benefit changes
  • Benefit entitlement check/better off calculation
  • Scheduling face-to-face appointments with Advice Workers

Personal Independence Payment - We can help

  • Help you to apply and complete the form
  • Provide advice about the medical assessment and what to expect (including being assessed at home)
  • Help you understand the outcome of your application and help you to challenge the decision, if required
