Personal Licence Holder application for the sale of alcohol

A person of 18 years and over can apply to become a Personal Licence Holder.

The applicant must have undergone the required training and hold a current Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders in order to apply for a licence.

This licence is required to be held by a named premises manager.  It also permits the holder to provide staff training for persons selling or serving alcohol e.g. bar staff, waitress, checkout assistants.
