The Induction Programme covers:
Such as history, size and location, aims and objectives.
Such as health and safety, equal opportunities, learning and development, code of conduct, whistleblowing, safeguarding.
Such as disciplinary and grievance procedure, standards of conduct and attendance, capability procedure, safeguarding and allegations of abuse made against a person who works with children.
Such as job description, relevant professional information, learning and development, supervision and appraisal.
As part of your induction you will be informed of who is in your team and what they do.

Your manager will provide you with support, advice and guidance for your development throughout your career with us. Organisational Development Advisors and Human Resource Advisors are also available to support you in your new role.
